Concise and precise notes, complemented by Anaïs' explanations that attempt to answer all questions...

In short, a retreat to inspire us to start managing our own health and diet with the plants that grow around here, within easy reach.

We'll be waiting for you with a basket, pruning shears, and jars for your remedies!
