Woofing
More than a family farm...
...we are a family of French origin with 3 daughters who live here (7, 10 and 12 years old) in yurts surrounded by beautiful nature.
But we also pass on our values and knowledge to the Woofers and many children who come to our camp for spring, autumn and summer camping trips!

In our increasingly fast-paced world, where landscapes appear as pixels on screens and are shared in every corner of the globe, where we no longer know what's on our plates, where silence is a rarity, and where we forget there's earth beneath our feet…
... La Mandorla is an oasis of calm and authenticity where you can learn, once again, to savor the taste of the real world.
Every week we bake our own bread with patience, respect, and using organic flour. The vegetables come from our garden, the eggs from our hens, the meat from our animals that graze freely on our land, and the water from the spring or well.
- Organic garden using permaculture techniques (straw and raised beds, trying to use only compost from our animals)
- Land recovery to promote biodiversity
- Water resource management: pumping, storage and redistribution.
- Animal farm: our animals are free during the day and are kept in pens only at night.
- Plant vegetables in the garden
- Daily care of animals
- Build new fences for the goats and donkeys
- Construction of a dry toilet
- Prepare a space for a water tank
- In summer: preparing a camp with children
We use our crops for ourselves and our guests, so we don't need any organic certification.
