G. Use of third-party services
Using Google reCAPTCHA
Our website uses the reCAPTCHA function from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, "Google"). This service distinguishes whether form entries are made by a human or through automated mechanical processing. This process includes sending your IP address and, if applicable, any additional data required by Google for its reCAPTCHA service. For this purpose, your entry will be transmitted to and subsequently used by Google.
However, Google will shorten your IP address beforehand within member states of the European Union or other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server in the USA in exceptional cases for shortening. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser in connection with reCAPTCHA will not be merged with other Google data. If necessary, your data may also be transmitted to the USA.
For data transfers to the USA, there is currently an appropriate decision from the European Commission called the "Privacy Shield." Google participates in the "Privacy Shield" privacy agreement and has complied with its provisions. By confirming your inquiry, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
You can find more information about Google's reCAPTCHA service and its corresponding privacy statement at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads?hl=es .
Using Google Maps
Our website uses Google Inc.'s Google Maps integration service (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, "Google"). This service visually represents geographic information and interactive maps. Google also collects, processes, and uses data about website visitors when they access pages with embedded Google Maps.
You can find more information about the data collected and used by Google, your rights, and privacy in Google's privacy policy at https://www.google.com/privacypolicy.html . You also have the option to change your settings in the Data Protection Center, which allows you to manage and protect the data processed by Google.
Your data may also be transferred to the USA. This transfer is covered by an appropriate decision from the European Commission. You have the right to object to this processing of your personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR by contacting us on grounds relating to your particular situation. To do so, you must disable JavaScript in your browser.
However, we would like to point out that doing this may prevent you from fully utilizing all the website's features, such as the interactive map display.
Using Google web fonts
Our website uses web fonts provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, "Google") for consistent text display. When you open a page, your browser loads the necessary web fonts into its cache to display text and fonts correctly.
For this to happen, your browser must connect to Google's servers. As a result, Google learns that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google web fonts is based on our legitimate interest in presenting our online services in a consistent and appealing way, as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR. If your browser does not support web fonts, your computer will use a default font.
You can find more information about Google web fonts at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/ .
